USA Hockey Registration
Instructions
To ensure a safe, fun, and compliant hockey season, all participants in the DYH program must meet USA Hockey eligibility requirements.
✅ Required for All Players, Coaches, and Volunteers:
- Register with USA Hockey annually.
- Coaches & volunteers must submit your USA Hockey confirmation number to the DYH Registrar prior to participating in any team activities.

✅ Additional Requirements for Coaches, Team Staff & Board Members:
To prioritize the safety and well-being of our players, all coaches, team volunteers, and board directors are required to complete the following through USA Hockey:
- SafeSport Certification
- Background Screening
- Age-Specific Coaching Modules (for coaches only)
These steps are mandatory and must be completed before participating in on-ice activities with youth athletes.
